Mxflow BD Series Dryers offer the best alternative offers you can find with their unique design and safe storage feature. Drying, storage and ventilation can be done in the same station. Due to low drying temperatures and slow cooling rate, maximum quality drying of your product is ensured.
It applies the mixed drying method, which is an efficient drying method, by drying with the air flow method perpendicular to the flow direction of the grain.
It has a structure suitable for continuous drying.
Thanks to the high air velocity, large capacities are achieved in small volumes.
Using forward curved silent centrifugal fans, high flow low cost airflow is achieved.
The equipment used is of high quality and long-lasting.
The burner computer keeps the continuity of the combustion under control by constantly questioning the air flow, temperature and the presence of the flame.
Many different types of products can be dried in the same dryer.
ROOF FILLING AND DISTRIBUTION SECTION:
It consists of the conical prism filling and distribution section at the top of the machine. While the grains move downwards with the effect of gravity, the rings placed in the inner parts ensure the continuous distribution of the grain. In this way, the grain is distributed evenly throughout the surface in the roof filling part. This zone is used as the drying zone. Hot air passes through the product and takes the moisture of the product.
UNLOADING SYSTEM: :
Servo motor is used in Mxflow BD Series dryers. Discharge covers can be stopped in many positions such as open, half open, fully open. Thanks to the rope mechanism controlled by the servo motor, all the doors are opened and closed equally. In case the discharge system is active, the combustible group equipment is disabled as a safety precaution. Two-stage safety sensors are used on the unloading mechanism against rope breaks.
BURNING SYSTEM:
During the combustion process, the safety equipment remains active. A malfunction in one of the sensors is given to the screen as a notification to the operator. It has the ability to work continuously. Equipment with at least CE certificate is used.
CONTROL PANEL:
Mxflow E series dryers have a touch screen controlled panel. The user can activate the feature they want to activate with a single button. Temperature control is done via PID and gas saving is provided thanks to the modulating valve. Combustion control relays are continuously active and provide safe combustion thanks to instant scanning times

The wet product is filled from the holding silos to the upper part of the drying. The cover of the cooling fan is kept closed. Fan and burner system provides hot air inside. |
Drying takes place by passing the heated air through the product. The product passing to the lower part is cooled by the ventilation fan. The hot air coming out of the cooling helps to heat the air in the upper part and energy gain is provided. | The product, which reaches the desired humidity value, is discharged to the hot product storage area with the servo motor discharge system. During discharge, the fan and burner group are kept closed for safety. The previous steps are repeated for the continuation of the process. | If the wet product runs out or the storage area is full, the system will not allow new drying.
